At HOIST Fitness, we are committed to providing the highest quality strength training equipment and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return window for items in original condition and packaging.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions.
- 2.Prepare the Equipment
Disassemble the unit if necessary and pack all components securely in the original factory crates or boxes to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Ship to Warehouse
Affix the provided RMA label to the exterior of the package and ship the item back to our designated distribution center via a tracked freight or parcel service.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the equipment's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus applicable restocking and shipping fees.
